Clinical Genomic Medicine

Genomic information is in the increasing use for the diagnosis and treatment strategies including the preventive pathway for patients and relatives. Our lab research field is creating practical clinical genomic medicine in cancer, rare or orphan disease, polygenic disease, hereditary tumors, etc. Our research covers wide range of research methodologies and contents: quality control of clinical samples, healthcare data analysis, data sharing and repository to big databases, Ethical, Legal and Social Issues (ELSI) for genomic information, biobank, etc. We welcome all enthusiastic students from any backgrounds as well as healthcare professionals.
