We are studying the molecular mechanism of cancer and other diseases by finding causative genes, functional analyses of mutated proteins and disease model animals, to develop therapeutic technologies based on the pathogenic mechanisms. We mainly manipulate DNA and RNA, and control the expression, and elucidate the pathogenic mechanisms in the molecular level.
