Preventive Dentistry

Professor: EKUNI Daisuke

The mission is to develop and ensure high-level human resources of professionals in Preventive Dentistry. Our department focuses on promoting health and extending healthy life for all generation. The mission is achieved through research to identify the risk factors for oral and systemic diseases, and the social/behavioral determinants of health. Development of interventions leading to the prevention of
oral diseases and promotion of population health should be established.
