Regenerative Science

Professor: TAKARADA Takeshi

We are challenging the regeneration of bone and joint tissues or cancer research using human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) that can differentiate into endodermal, mesodermal, or ectodermal cells. Our induction protocol that recapitulates human developmental processes have produced the differentiated cells with in vivo features. We expect that our research will improve the current problems in regenerative medicine or cancer therapies.
