Second Step<\/h4>\n<p>Once you find a prospective supervisor, prepare PDF files of the following documents and contact the professor by e-mail to confirm the professor is willing to accept you.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal Profile: download the format<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum Vitae including school records starting from elementary school: download the format<\/li>\n<li>Diploma and a certificate of completion of a bachelor\u2019s degree or higher<\/li>\n<li>Official transcript of an undergraduate education or higher<\/li>\n<li>Document demonstrating language proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Research Planning Sheet: download the format<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"#First-Contact-Forms\">First Contact Forms<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>3. Third Step<\/h4>\n<p>Upon your prospective supervisor\u2019s request, Graduate Office staffs will confirm your<br \/>\nacademic background. We will contact your prospective supervisor regards to the result.<br \/>\nPlease discuss your carrier plan with your prospective supervisor.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Forth Step<\/h4>\n<p>Upon obtaining approval for admission from the prospective supervisor preparations for study begin.<br \/>\nAsk him\/her for an application guidebook and admission application forms.
