If you wish to have your certificate sealed, please inform us.<\/li>\n<li>To use the Automatic Certificate Machine, you will need your student number and password. If you forget your password, please inquire at the website of the Center for Information Technology and Management.<\/li>\n<li>For certificates that cannot be issued by an automatic certificate machine (including certificates for which the format has been specified by the institution to which the certificate is to be submitted), please apply at the following office in charge.<\/li>\n<li>Research students, alumini, and students who have withdrawn from the University cannot use the automatic certificate machine. You will need to present your ID card.<\/li>\n<li>Apply by the proxy<br \/>\nPlease fill out the &#8220;Certificate Request Form&#8221; and attach a copy of your ID and a letter of attorney.
