Professor: Hitoshi Nagatsuka<\/h2>\n

Our department’s focus areas of research are on oral tumor and tissue regeneration through the pathological approach. In recent years, we have been focusing mainly on the “interaction between cells”. We are conducting researches about the microenvironment of the tumors and the development of the resorbable bone regeneration artificial materials using TCP. In addition, we are also performing clinical researches using numerous patients sample which could play a major role in deeper understanding of oral tumors. We are working towards developing new treatments and various artificial materials while maintaining the basic and traditional pathological points of view.<\/p>\n
