Information Session for Prospective Students (Medical and Dental Sciences Degree Program)

Details
We will hold a hybrid session using both face-to-face and Zoom. Both face-to-face and online participation will allow you to talk directly with professors of each department and ask questions to current students. If you wish to attend, please register in advance using the pre-registration form below. You can also participate on the day of the event without pre-registering, but we would appreciate it if you could register in order to ensure the availability of faculty members from your desired department. Please confirm if you plan to attend.
Please note that the brifing may be held online only, depending on the status of the spread of COVID-19. (If the brifing will be held online only, an announcement will be sent to all pre-registered participants by e-mail.)

*In the web briefing, you may attend the briefing of the department of your choice that you entered in the pre-registration form, or you may attend the briefing of the departmnet introduced here after hearing participants’ opinions on the day of the event.
Some laboratories may be available for explanations after the scheduled closing time on the day, so please ask if you wish to attend.

How to Participate
Upon successful registration, you will receive instructions on how to participate and your Zoom meeting ID and passcode. On-site registration will begin at 12:30 p.m. Please arrive on time for the start of the brifing. For online participants, please open the Zoom application and enter the meeting ID ID and passcode 10 minutes before the start of the briefing session.
