Globalized Voices Partner (GVP) Program (Language and Cultural Exchange)
10- week program
Japanese and international students meet once a week for a 30-minute language exchange in Japanese and a 30-minute language exchange in English. They also share information about daily life and culture. If you are interested, please fill out the form below.

Voices of Globalization Partners Final Presentation
Date and time: February 6th (Friday) 18:30 start
Venue: L Commons, 3rd Floor, Medical Research Museum, Shikata Campus
The Shikata Learning Community is hosting the Global Voices Partners Program. Over the past 10 weeks, international and Japanese students have been paired up to share their English and Japanese languages, cultures, and friendships. During this time, they helped each other improve their language skills and learned a great deal about each other’s countries. On Friday, February 6th at 6:30 PM, a presentation session was held where participants shared what they had learned about their partner’s country. The international students presented in Japanese, and the Japanese students presented in English. This was a great opportunity for them to improve their skills and enjoy cross-cultural experiences.
